Richardson Regional Cancer CenterThe Methodist Richardson Cancer Center opened at its new location at the Bush/Renner Campus in October 2008 to bring an advanced level of cancer care to the region. The Cancer Center and offers medical, surgical and radiation oncology, clinical research, genetic counseling, patient education and support services – all in one convenient location. Methodist Richardson Medical Center is accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer for offering the best in cancer care.

The Cancer Center has combined a compassionate, multidisciplinary approach to care with remarkable treatment, technology and support services since 1994. We are home to the latest innovative treatment options including the sophisticated Lance Armstrong Shaped Beam Surgery™ Program, a revolutionary, noninvasive treatment method that allows physicians to treat tumors with high-dose radiation while minimizing harm to the surrounding healthy tissue. The program uses Novalis shaped beam technology to treat tumors of the brain, head and neck, prostate, lung, liver and spine. Methodist Richardson was the first medical center in the Southwest and the seventh in the U.S. to offer Novalis. Our Cancer Center team brings the expertise of over 60 years combined experience.
